Caitlyn Braunns is the Territory Development Manager for Scottie’s Building Services, supporting clients throughout the Greensboro Triad and Roanoke regions. With more than nine years of sales and project management experience, she’s known for building strong relationships, coordinating complex work, and providing responsive, solution-focused support for property teams.

Before joining Scottie’s, Caitlyn worked in collaborative roles where she earned a reputation for clear communication, reliability, and a genuine commitment to client success—qualities she brings to every partnership she builds.

A proud North Carolinian, Caitlyn graduated from UNC Greensboro with a degree in Kinesiology. She enjoys an active lifestyle, spending time outdoors, and relaxing with her dog, Cleveland (Go Browns!).
