Emily Webb serves as the Territory Development Manager for the Raleigh East region, extending through Wilmington and down to Myrtle Beach. Since joining Scottie’s in 2025, she has brought a dynamic blend of account management, client relations, and business development expertise to the team.

In her role, Emily focuses on accelerating growth through strategic partnerships and delivering tailored solutions that enhance building safety and support regulatory compliance. Her proactive communication style, sharp attention to detail, and steadfast commitment to client success have made her a trusted partner to property managers and facility teams across the region.

Known for her collaborative, solution-driven approach, Emily is actively involved in key industry organizations, including BOMA, NCHEA, TAA, and IFMA.

Originally from Arizona, she earned her degree from Arizona State University. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her exploring the Triangle’s scenic greenways and hiking trails with her dog, Spike.
